For your convenience, there are three levels to organizing the content of CMS :
• Sections are big containers; they hold Categories • Categories are little containers; they hold Content Items • Content Items are all the texts and images you want to appear on a page
Important! The only catch is that you cannot create a Content Item without having a Section or Category for it to live in.
Note! Each level (I, II, and III) has a text zone (if required), but one menu item can lead to more than one text zone.
Functions:
Enables the Administrator to: • Use spelling function • Edit texts • Add product catalogue from “Word” • Format texts (use underline, highlight, colours etc.). • Create (by using a toolbar) tables with colourful cells and borders. • Use light box effect • Create and send files (.doc, .exl, . pdf, .jpg etc) • Add dynamic pictures, for example, banners (.gif, .swf etc.) • Add videos from www.youtube.com • Create hyperlinks: to other websites, text zones, other menu items etc. • Turn off text zone headings • Add short descriptions and keywords by using “Metadata information” column. • Use function “Read more” (if the function was created by the Programmer)
